I've been having an issue with my cables on my garage door flopping for a couple of weeks anyway (clueless, obviously) and decided I should look into having that fixed because it was annoying and one side kept preventing the door from closing.  So I called Quality and within a couple of hours Kurtis came to investigate my issue  (by the way, Kurtis was patient, kind and knowledgeable) and quickly determined and pointed out to me that my door spring was broken and that's what was causing the cables to become loose and floppy.   Within an hour he installed the new spring, which is a few inches longer than the original one, which he indicated should have a longer life than the shorter one being replaced (crossing my fingers on that one).  Floppy loose cables are now where they belong, doing their job and I am a happy new customer!  FYI, they have an AARP discount and online today there was a 25% off labor coupon.

My garage door is made of wood and it's a heavy strain on the garage motor, so I know I will be needing service again in the future and will call this company again.

I recently had a problem with my garage door. It would not open. I called quality garage door from the Money Mailer. They were friendly on the phone and came out the first day. I had a broken spring. They fixed it and the price was fair. Kevin was great to work with and honest. I recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent with providing quick service on the same day we called in, came on time and got right down to the job, however since my family had no idea what was wrong with our garage the overall cost was expensive, I do believe we could of bought the supplies at a hardware store and have a family friend come over and do it for cheaper even though the process would of been longer, it would save us money

So this past Monday I got stuck in my Garage... I called Joe at Quality Garage Door Repairs .. I was late for work ..He had somebody over in 15 minutes.... and the repair cost 1./2 as much as he quoted, which was already a good price... and he had in fixed in 15 minutes.... I even got to work on time... I highly reccomend...

Kevin came out to replace the motor for my garage door. He didn't try to sell me anything that we didn't need. He made recommendations for what we could do in the future if we wanted to extend the life of our motor because the door is so heavy. We went with the quietest motor available even though it was more expensive. It was worth it. I can't believe how much of a difference it makes. He did all work and installation of wall mounted buttons, clickers, etc. in under 3 hours, on a same day call. Impressive!

The serviceman installed a new opener. The service was excellent. He explained the operation to me and showed me the potential problems on my old garage door.

I hired him to repair my tenant's garage door. Good job on all work.
